I just read the Wired article about the new Lego Mindstorms set that should come out mid 2006 and I must say this is very exciting. Due to lack of time and money, I never got to play with the first versions of Mindstroms, but I won’t miss these new ones (Russell Beattie likes it too).

And I like how Lego involves all the fans they have to build it. I hope this will put Lego on the right track again. As a child I was a big Lego fan, but in the last years their products have been very disappointing. It has become impossible to build anything else with them, the pieces are two specific. And the Technic line got so small.
