Boat trip costs about 20-50 euros (both ways) and helicopter tickets about 50-100 euros depending on day and time. Many Finnish people already live in Tallinn still work in Helsinki area in Finland. I believe they also offer lower prices for frequent travellers. Of course, it can still get expensive to travel on weekdays, but in theory there's the possibility.
