Moving to WordPress
I moved my blog to WordPress. I discovered that the latest version of WordPress is correctly running in PHP safe-mode and works by my ISP. I would have probably used WordPress if I could have when I created this blog and then later moved to Blosxom.
The advantage of WordPress over my static use of Blosxom were important enough to make the switch: Support for comments, trackbacks and pinging. Hopefully I can get some more traffic so.
The migration went easily, thanks in particular to a migration flavour for Blosxom, which creates a file that can be directly imported by WordPress. And I could even not break the old URLs with mod_rewrite.
A bit of playing with CSS still needs to be done now.
